S & D Specialty specializes in, but is not limited to, hydraulic repairs (valves, cylinders, pumps, etc). We have a substantial machine shop (see equipment list) for fabricating and repair work.

S & D also has a group of craftsmen whose expertise includes pipefitting and welding, all of whom are well versed in the field of mechanical maintenance. Our millwrights have many years of experience in an industrial atmosphere working with all aspects of heavy machinery and equipment.

In addition, the recent acquisition of Causey Electric has enhanced the capacities of S & D Specialty, rendering our company a one-stop service call for all heavy industrial needs. With the machine shop, electricians, and field crew, we are capable of fabricating, repairing and maintaining a variety of systems/projects.

"O" Rings and Things is our hydraulic/pneumatic packing house which is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Most seals, metric included, are readily available on our shelves.

Since 1983, our company has been servicing such customers as California Steel Industries, Lockheed-Aircraft, S.C. Edison, Kaiser Resources, Tamco, and others.

S & D Specialty's rate is $45.00 per hour for labor, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Causey Electric's rate is $49.50 per hour for labor, same hours. We are available around the clock, when necessary, at overtime rates. Our material mark-up has a ceiling of 20%. If petitioned and feasible, S & D Specialty can offer a Not-to-Exceed bid.
